Due to any operational reasons if JustWow Tourism fails to providethe mentional trip, alternate options will be provided. If alternate option is not suitable,amount will be refunded after deduction of service charges(if applicable).
Booking once made cannot be cancelled and can only be amended witha due notice periodof 48 hours prior of trip commencement.Failure to turn up in the designated location for an Activity by the specifieddeparture time shall be considered to be cancellation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustWow Tourism accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss,accident, sickness,injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activites and/or in connection with your contract with us and /or the operator of any activities.
